I mentioned this in T3h Luggage's thread, and thought I might as well upload it, since it's been so useful to me. (Though it took 10 minutes to write and another 30 minutes to package it into a publishable standard.)

I use this tool myself, and it has worked very well for me. However, from previous experience with distributing Allegro programs, it only has about a 75% chance of working on your computer (or almost no chance if you don't read the instructions!) No warranty and all that.
