have a mode of play where ppl can choose what they get at the beginning

if 2 ppl want to 1v1 each other, it would be more possible whereas how it is right now someone could join the game the very last second
have a MODE of play where ppl choose what they get...like im thinking this be an option of gameplay ppl can choose to play by to make it more fair and i think it will be fun playing it like this.  the normal gameplay would be set to default
