restart your computer. If it doesn't help then: Did you install some firewall / antivir software before it happened? If yes it may be blocking the port through which the game communicates.

Or better: do other similar online multiplayer games still work?

I'm getting in fine... I'm sure its just his firewall or something because other than that there is no reason for it to not work for one person only.

ur java applet? trying reinstalling java.

If you see intro screen where you select existing user / new user / guest then is your java ok. It MUST be something with firewall, maybe your ISP made some firewall.

Perhaps his name got deleted or he's entering in the wrong password? Otherwise, it's your firewall, they is literally no other explanation.

Ok let me fully explain the situation.

1. Its not java because i can get to the new user/reg. user/guest screen.

2. It's nothing to do with passwords or deletion because i can't even log in as guest.

3. I turned my firewall off and still cant log in.

Please help me! I will never be able to play again!

Do you see "unable to connect" message after some time from clicking "guest" or "login"?

It seems pretty much as firewall. It does not have to be firewall on your computer, it may be somewhere on computer of your ISP.
