Look at the amount of beacons!
They were all coke_cans, he kept coming out of beacons...with more beacons! He must have done it at least five times in a row.
Is that insane fluke or a weird bug?

It really isnt that amazing, its just luck. Ive had 14 beacons all of mine in one game before.

That must be pretty unlikely...is the card recieved from the beacon 100% random? with no exceptions?

Yes, except it has an additional secret special power, that you can't get at the start of the game normally. That's why alot of people use beacons right away.
