Could we have a basic side-scrolling or player vs comp fighting game?  And weaknesses in moves, ie. kick beats punch, punch beats... jab?  lol, or we could just have it one of those games where you just smash the keys without much brain power required

The racing game idea sounds really cool, aswell as the cannon fodder.
