Chess - I'm thinking about it. I guess it would be good to have it. But it would take some time to make it, as it has quite complex rules. And it also needs graphics, I'm not sure where to get it.

Chaos - uh. I don't know. I was very keen in making chaos, but right now I'm not sure. I mentioned it on one chaos-forum, gave them link to this site, but I was almost ignoredÂ :-[Â

monopoly/scrabble - would you believe, that I've never played these games?

They are not too popular here, where I live. I probably played some monopoly clone, but not the g ame with this name.

Uh, thank you. I tried to start it, but it wanted to install something on my computer (I refused, naturally). But it seems to be some funky semi-action version. I guess that I'll just make normal chess.

Well, I also have an idea of creating some "more-action" game. For example, in case you've played it, something like "bomberman / dyna blaster" (you might know some other clone with different name). In this game, there is a simple maze, the players move in it and lay down bombs. You can also pick-up various power-ups.

I'm only a bit worried about network latency. Majority of DuelBoard visitors is from U.S. and the server is in Europe. Such game would require low latency.

Any other idea for some simple action game?

Some (old) simple multiplayer action games:

CyberDogs (Good shoot-em up)
No Mans Land (Top down, v.simple shoot 'em up)
Infantry (ex-Sony game)
Tanks! (Top down tank wars style game)

Cannon Fodder/Sensible Soccer style games might also work well multiplayer.
