Weird Rules

Ok ive noticed that the rules on here arent the same rules i play with my friends. I play with ones and the red deuce is the little rook which beats all but the rook. Does anyone play or has ever played like that? Just wondering.

Forgot to add that the little bird is worth 20 points and that brings the total to a nice even 200 points.
